A balancing system for plastic compounds was therefore developed

In view of the large number of plastic products and product variants in a company's portfolio, creating product carbon footprints can be a time-consuming and therefore costly undertaking. As part of a collaboration with the LEHVOSS Group, SKZ - Das Kunststoffzentrum has developed an automated method for calculating the CO₂ balance of a plastic compound "at the push of a button" in the form of a browser-based PCF calculator.
